An area property development and management firm was seeking a local waste removal company with an excellent reputation and strong residential and commercial service capabilities to service their apartment complexes. It was important to the customer that their people be able to talk directly with the waste hauler's staff when needed to prevent potential problems and to get prompt answers to questions.

Suburban customized service at each complex to meet the set of needs identified by each facility's maintenance supervisor. Some required front-load service while others requested hand pick-up. Each manager also has direct phone access to our live, knowledgeable customer service representatives for quick and accurate responses to their inquiries.
