Residential:

Is recycling serviced weekly no matter what size receptacle? Yes we service every week
After the initial payment to start the account is the card kept on file and billed automatically? No it is not, but we can mail or e-mail a form to authorize us keeping it on file for reoccurring charges.
What is our bulk item policy? With advance notice we can pick up one large item with your regular pick up such as a couch, mattress, box spring things of that nature
How many extra bags can be placed out? Up to 8 - 30 gallon bags can be placed next to your garbage can
Is there a certain time the truck services? Our trucks service between 6am and 6pm
Is there a veterans discount – While we do not have a specific discount for Veterans we do offer prepayment discounts for all of our customers who choose to pay 6 months or 1 year in advance.
Can I view my bills online? No at this time that is not an option but may be in the future

Commercial:

Is there a fee to have a dumpster swapped out for a different size? Yes there is please speak with a representative to determine the fee
Can service frequency be increased or decreased at any time? Yes it can!
Can the dumpster be locked? Yes it can we can also provide a lock for a few or if you give us a key you can use one of your own locks
Do they have to recycle? It is a Monroe County Law to recycle but this is not something that we Police
Can an appliance be placed in a dumpster – no these items are recycled and we need an advance phone call to pick them up

Roll Off:

What can’t go in a roll off? Tires, Hazardous Waste , Appliances
Do we automatically return after the 7th day? We do not, we wait for you to call us to return to remove the rolloff
What happens if snow and rain get in it? Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the weather, but if it rains when the container is lifted the water will come out
How high can you fill it? The container can not go any higher then the height of the contianer
Does every size have a door? Yes they do
Do you place anything under the rolloff when placing it in the driveway? Yes we place wood under the rolloff wheels
