Heavy Truck Mechanic

The Heavy Truck Mechanic will perform the following duties:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems on heavy duty vehicles,
  • Perform PM services on heavy duty vehicles,
  • Use computer diagnostic equipment

Requirements The following skills are necessary for the candidate to be successful

  • Safe efficient team player 
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must have tools
  • Technical school graduate preferred and/or two years’ experience as a heavy duty mechanic 
  • Must possess a valid NYS driver’s license(CDL A or B)
  • Welding Experience
